On delay was the last vocal recorded by Jason Mann. He and I recorded it in late 2016 in my bedroom studio in Indianapolis. He then mixed it at home adding all the effects and taking it to another more creative and crazy place. The first time I heard the final mix I had picked him up and we were just driving around his hometown of Franklin jamming it doing nothing just geeking on it. I loved working with Jason for many reasons but one thing was that each of us heard things in our own way and kinda always had our own ethos and style about production and he could would always hear something or come up with another layer that I just did not hear. He was gifted, skilled & generous .
